New: Integrated eSMS & eCASS workflows

Flight Operations Software Reimagined

The all-in-one digital hub for Part 135 and Part 91 flight operations. myFLIGHTDATA unifies flight operations software, aviation Safety Management System (SMS) tools, and Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) maintenance tracking into a single FAA-compliant, IS-BAO-aligned platform — built for charter and on-demand operators, corporate flight departments, and jet aircraft owners who need scheduling, pilot legality, safety risk management, and maintenance surveillance in one place.

Part 135 Optimized

One Platform, Built Around Compliance

Whether you're running a Part 135 operation or managing a Part 91 corporate flight department, myFLIGHTDATA brings your compliance program into one connected system — because staying compliant isn't just about satisfying regulators, it's one of the most effective ways to keep every flight safer.

Fleet Scheduling

Dynamic scheduling that checks pilot legality, currency, and aircraft maintenance status automatically before a trip is ever released — built to catch problems before they become dispatch delays, wherever your aircraft is operating.

Pilot Legality & Currency

Real-time legality checks, flight time and duty limits, training and qualification tracking, currency monitoring, and digital flight and duty logs — everything needed to know every crewmember is legal and current before they fly.

Flight Risk Assessment (FRAT)

Pre-built templates by aircraft and operation type get your FRAT program published and running in minutes, not months. Version and edit as your operation evolves — pilots complete a risk assessment before every trip is authorized.

eSMS — Safety Management System

A structured Safety Management System covering hazard reporting, safety risk assessment, and safety assurance — designed to align with 14 CFR Part 5 and support operators pursuing IS-BAO stages of implementation.

Aircraft Maintenance Management

Real-time aircraft status and proactive maintenance due-date tracking, with eAML-powered discrepancy and MEL management from write-up through closure — even when your aircraft is away from home base and needs a local repair provider on the spot. A Part 135 requirement, and just as valuable for Part 91 flight departments.

eCASS — Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System

Fleet-wide trend analysis — repeat discrepancies, MEL trends, vendor findings, and corrective action tracking — for identifying and correcting maintenance program deficiencies over time.

For CAMP operators — 14 CFR §135.431

From single-aircraft flight departments to growing charter fleets, myFLIGHTDATA scales with your operation — keeping flight operations, safety, and maintenance compliance connected in one system your team can rely on.

FAA Compliance Assistance for Aircraft Operators and Owners

Purpose-built compliance software for Part 135 charter operators and Part 91 flight departments — scheduling, maintenance tracking, safety management and the pilot and aircraft records behind them, all built to make staying legal under the FARs faster and easier.

Flight Scheduling & Operational Control

Build trips, assign crew and aircraft, and release each flight from a single scheduling workstation. Every trip is checked against the pilot currency, aircraft status and release criteria your operation has set up, so nothing gets missed before release.

  • Trip scheduling and crew assignment
  • GO / WATCH / NO-GO operational gate board
  • Pilot currency and duty-limit visibility before release
  • Flight risk assessment before trip release

Crew, aircraft, trip documents and the release itself all live in one trip package, so a scheduler can see at a glance which flights have everything in place and which still need a decision.

Resources & Support

Common questions about implementing myFLIGHTDATA for your operation.

Go to Support Center
The FAA does not inherently "approve" software systems globally. However, myFLIGHTDATA is designed meticulously to support compliance with applicable FAA regulations (Parts 91, 135, and 5) by providing recordkeeping and workflows that satisfy POI/PMI expectations during audits.
Our EFB solution is designed to meet FAA AC 120-76D guidelines for Type A and Type B software applications. We can assist operators in their submission for OpSpec A025 and/or OpSpec A061 approval. Contact us for more information.

The native iOS app (mFD Pilot Tools & EFB), available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad, synchronizes each pilot's manuals, company documents, and reference materials to the device on login. Once that initial sync completes, pilots can place the device in Airplane Mode and still access all previously synchronized manuals and documents, along with their schedule, currency and training status, and flight log. An internet connection is required again whenever new files, revisions, or permissions are issued, so the app can pull the latest updates and keep the EFB current.

Absolutely. Many operators implement an eSMS early to build a proactive safety culture and streamline hazard reporting before the FAA mandate deadline. It proves to clients and auditors that safety is a primary focus.
